Terms & policies

The essentials are below; full terms are confirmed with your booking.

Booking & payment
  • A non-refundable booking amount confirms your seat; the balance is due at least 30 days before departure.
  • Seats are limited and held only against a confirmed, paid booking, first come first served.
  • Delayed payment may release your seat and attract the cancellation charges below.
Cancellation charges
  • 45 days or more before departure: the booking amount is forfeited.
  • 44 to 30 days before: 50% of the package cost.
  • 29 to 15 days before: 75% of the package cost.
  • 14 days or fewer, or a no-show: 100% of the package cost.
  • Once air tickets are issued they are non-refundable, whichever slab applies.
Flights & tickets
  • Group air fares are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued.
  • Date or name changes before ticketing are subject to airline fare differences and charges.
  • Seat, meal and baggage preferences are on request and subject to airline availability.
Visa & documents
  • The visa is the traveller's responsibility; we assist with the fair invitation and supporting documents.
  • We are not liable for a visa delay, rejection, or any travel missed as a result.
  • A visa refusal is treated as a cancellation and the charges above apply.
Passport
  • Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the return date, with at least two blank pages.
Travel insurance
  • Travel insurance is mandatory and arranged at your own cost; travellers aged 55 and above may attract a higher premium.
Hotels & rooms
  • Rooms are on twin-share; a single-occupancy supplement applies where a share partner is unavailable.
  • Standard check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out by 12:00 noon.
  • If the listed hotel is unavailable, a comparable 4-star alternative is provided.
Pricing
  • Prices are per person, based on current airfare, taxes and exchange rates.
  • Any increase in airfare, currency, taxes or visa charges before departure is passed on at cost.
Group size & itinerary
  • The package runs on a minimum group size; a smaller final group may revise the per-person cost.
  • We may reorder the itinerary for operational or on-ground reasons without cutting the inclusions.
  • Once confirmed, change requests are accepted in writing only.
The fair & force majeure
  • Canton Fair dates, halls and access are set by the fair authorities; we are not liable for any change or restriction they impose.
  • We are not liable for disruption from flight delays, weather, strikes, or any cause beyond our control; resulting costs are to the traveller's account and unused services are non-refundable.
Liability
  • Our responsibility is limited to arranging the services listed as included; we are not liable for personal injury, loss, theft or damage during the trip.
  • These terms are governed by Indian law.
