We're a travel-planning studio in India. Here is exactly what happens to the details you share with us, in plain words.

What we collect
When you fill in an enquiry or contact form, we ask for your name, a way to reach you (email or phone), and the details of the trip you have in mind: destination, dates, who's travelling and roughly what you'd like to spend.
Why we collect it
For one reason only: so a planner can understand your trip and reply to you. We don't run ads, build profiles, or send newsletters you didn't ask for.
Where it goes
Your enquiry is stored in the secure customer-management system our planners use to read and respond to enquiries. It isn't passed anywhere else.
What we never do
We do not sell your details, share them with marketers, or pass them to anyone who isn't directly involved in planning your trip.
Deleting your data
Want your details removed? Email us at info@triplexa.in and we'll delete your enquiry from our records.
